Shipping Policy

At Home Gym Craft, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable shopping experience for our customers. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we process and deliver your orders:

Per-brand (A-Z) policies:

Free shipping on order over $135. For international shipments with standard shipping, allow as many as 20 business days. You can also upgrade your shipping using Express services as you deem necessary. All Express shipments have an order deadline of 2pm CST in order to be shipped that same day.  For International orders, we ship via an international shipping consolidator (standard shipping), as well as Expedited UPS Services.  Our website automatically calculates the exact shipping charges that we have to pay and bills you accordingly. **Hooga will not be held accountable for shipping-related delays that are the fault of the carrier. Also, if the customer inputs an incorrect or invalid shipping address that results in the package being undeliverable, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with re-shipping the item should they want the item re-shipped. Otherwise, we will offer a refund for the cost of the item. If you have any questions feel free to contact us.

 Minimum order for free shipping of a sauna is $3500
 Minimum order for free shipping of outdoor furniture is $2,000
 Businesses must have a loading dock or other equipment to unload sauna crates
 Shipping to Residential locations require the following:
o If the crate is longer than 92”, the customer (consignee) is responsible for unloading the crate off
the delivery truck
o Customer (consignee) to determine if large trucks can reach their driveway and turn around
 Some remote areas/islands might have extra shipping charges
o Please call if unsure to confirm
 Shipping of just accessories will have a $55.00 flat shipping fee
 Dundalk will manage all requirements for Customs and Crossing the border

Please note that due to an automatic ordering system, order modifications are no longer possible once your order has been placed online. As soon as your order is shipped out, you will receive a tracking email that will enable you to track your package.

NOTE: Once your order ships, you will be responsible for shipping charges BOTH WAYS should you refuse receipt of shipment for any reason other than freight damage, regardless of possible "free shipping" applied to order. Storage fees may also apply should you not be available to take delivery within a reasonable time. 

Domestic Orders (Contiguous US):

Our warehouse processes online orders between Monday and Friday. Online orders will be delivered Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 2pm (Central Time) will not be processed until the following business day.

Please be mindful of holidays as shipping carriers are closed on select days, and the volume of orders received increases and extends time in transit. For a complete list of all U.S. Holidays observed by USPS and UPS, please feel free to visit their website. Weather conditions may effect transit times as well.

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

For all parcel-size orders shipping within the contiguous United States (excluding PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses), Lifeline Fitness uses UPS for ground and expedited shipments. For oversize and heavy weight items Lifeline Fitness uses a variety of freight carriers. Shipping costs are dependent upon the weight and size of the package. We do not currently offer white glove service. Shipments must be thoroughly inspected and any potential damage noted when signing for receipt of goods. 

International Orders:

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process international shipments.

Order Processing Time:

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.
• As we carry multiple suppliers, shipping times and product availability may vary, and we will do our best to estimate shipping times.

Shipping Methods and Rates:

• We offer various shipping options to accommodate your needs, including standard shipping, expedited shipping, and international shipping.
• Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
• Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding a certain value. Check our website for current promotions and offers.

Estimated Delivery Time:

• Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of your order.
• Standard shipping within the US typically takes 3-7 business days for domestic orders.
• Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery, with estimated delivery times of 1-3 business days.
• International shipping times vary depending on the destination and customs clearance process.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
• You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number on our website or through the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions:

• Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements. Please review product descriptions for any applicable restrictions before placing your order.
• We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Damage or Loss:

• Our suppliers take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive safely. However, in the event of shipping damage or loss, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.
• We may require photographic evidence of damaged items for insurance claims and will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
